Introduction

PixCutly is an AI-powered creative platform owned and operated by Ainan Signage Company. PixCutly provides tools that may include image background removal and related image tools, AI creative and image tools, AI voice (text-to-speech), AI video generation, AI song and background-music generation, AI website drafting and related creative features, and user accounts.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use PixCutly websites and services (including pixcutly.com and related PixCutly experiences we operate).

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use PixCutly, we may collect or process:

• Account and authentication data. Email address and other details needed to create or sign in to an account, including information received when you use Google sign-in (limited to what is needed to identify and authenticate you).
• Content you provide. Text prompts, scripts, instructions, and similar input; uploaded images, audio, video, or other files you submit for processing; and messages you send through contact or in-product support chat features.
• Generated content. Outputs created from your requests (for example processed images, speech audio, video, music, song audio, website draft content, or other creative results returned by the service).
• Technical, security, and usage data. Information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, approximate usage activity, authentication cookies/sessions, rate-limiting or abuse-prevention records, and operational logs. Where analytics are enabled, we may also collect page-view and similar usage analytics.
• Contact information. If you contact us (for example via a contact form), we may receive your name, email address, subject, message, and related details.

We do not claim that Professional Email mailbox hosting is active. Any future email-hosting features would be described when they are actually offered.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve PixCutly features you request
• Authenticate users and maintain sessions
• Process prompts, uploads, and files through our systems and, where needed, third-party AI or infrastructure providers
• Return downloads or playback of generated or processed results
• Respond to support and contact requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues
• Measure and understand how the service is used (including analytics where configured)
• Comply with applicable law

We do not use your content to train our own AI models based on current PixCutly practices described in this policy. Third-party providers process content according to their own terms and privacy policies when we send requests to them to deliver a feature.

AI Processing and Generated Content

Some PixCutly features use artificial intelligence. When you submit a prompt, script, image, or other content, that content may be transmitted to PixCutly servers and/or third-party AI providers solely to fulfill your request (for example speech, music, video, image, or website-draft generation, or support chat).

AI outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you use it. PixCutly does not claim that generated content is unique, error-free, or appropriate for every purpose.

Uploaded and Processed Media

Images and other media you upload are processed to deliver the feature you requested (for example background removal or other creative tools).

For background removal, processing is performed to produce the requested result. Temporary processing files used for that pipeline are cleaned up after processing completes. Operational records related to a job (such as status, timing, file metadata, or account identifiers associated with the request) may still be retained as described under Data Retention.

We do not sell your uploaded or generated content for advertising. We do not use it for commercial purposes unrelated to providing PixCutly, except as needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.

Data Sharing

Ainan Signage Company does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate PixCutly (for example authentication, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing), or when required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service.

Third-Party Services

PixCutly may rely on third-party services, including:

• Supabase — authentication and database services
• Google — account sign-in (Google authentication); Google AI / Gemini APIs for certain generative features; and Google Analytics (GA4) when analytics are configured
• OpenAI — certain AI chat and creative assistance features
• Email/SMTP providers — delivering messages you send through contact forms to our support address

These providers have their own privacy practices. Review their policies for details about how they handle data. When you use an AI feature, the relevant provider may process your input and related metadata to return a result.

Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies and session technologies to keep you signed in and to operate PixCutly securely. These are used for authentication and session management across PixCutly experiences where applicable.

Where Google Analytics is configured, analytics cookies or similar technologies may also be used to understand site usage.

Data Retention

• Account information may be retained for as long as needed to operate your account and the service.
• Temporary processing files for features such as background removal are deleted after processing completes.
• Operational metadata, logs, and security/rate-limit records may be retained as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and service administration.
• Content sent to third-party AI providers is processed to fulfill your request; retention by those providers is governed by their policies. PixCutly does not guarantee that prompts or uploads are never retained in every system involved in delivering a feature.
• Browser-stored drafts (for example local session drafts for website building) remain on your device until you clear them or your browser removes them.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use PixCutly with appropriate caution, and protect your account credentials.

User Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal or account data we hold. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request and retain certain information where legally required or needed for security and legitimate business records.

Children's Privacy

PixCutly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of PixCutly after an update is posted means you accept the revised policy.
